Abstract:
Law is a reflection of certain social justice.The content of justice is decided by certain social and material life in terms of Marxism.There is no contradiction between the proposition that law is a reflection of certain social justice, and Marxist's conclusion about the classic property of the law. Therefore, the analysis for the relationship between the law and certain social justice is of great theoretic and practical significance today.
