Abstract:
In order to grasp deeply the change of Marx's attitude to the traditional Chinese culture, the paper, with the help of historical materialism, analyzes Marx's view of the traditional Chinese culture and its modern significance.The analysis reveals that owing to the influence of European thinking circle at that time, Marx's attitude to the traditional Chinese culture changed from admiration to introspection with negation, and it was also full of sincerity of expectation. To the contemporary China, it should be of great significance when Chinaconcentrates on the construction of socialism with Chinese features.
