Abstract:
The transportation department is a big consumer of energy. In recent years, its energy consumption has increased quickly, but the energy efficiency is somewhat low. So it is necessary to implement energy-saving strategy in transportation. Having analyzed the data of transportation energy consumption in recent years, the author finds that there exists a high pressure from energy-saving in transportation, but a large developing space in it. Because of this, the author believes that there are four aspects to do it: pushing forward the technological advancement, adjusting structure of transportation, changing the present system of transportation and the substitution of the traditional energy with the new one.
