Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of synthesized optimization of network planning in highway item, the author, with the help of systematic appraisement method, analyzes the relationship among project duration, cost and quality. The results show that in the comprehensive optimization of network planning, quality should be put at the first place and also taken as the restricting requirement for quality index, and the comprehensive optimization index should also contain project duration, cost and quality. To make the synthesized optimization approach more practical, operable and flexible, the author ends the paper by proposing simple and feasible approaches after the study of single-goal optimization method.
