Abstract:
The orientation of value of scientific development is taking human beings as the foundation.The basic aim of harmonic education is peoples all-round development. Peoples free and all-round development integrates scientific development with harmonic education. This paper raises the view of realizing people's free and all-round development from the angles of legal education and education for all-round development.
