摘要:
以“大思政课”视域为观照,推动构建课程思政与思政课程的协同格局,是新时代高质量推进高校思想政治工作的主要任务。高校作为关键推动力量,建设课程思政需要具备辩证思维和实践智慧,这体现为既要全面精准落实党和国家的有关工作要求,又要契合自身实际做好思政课程体系的综合统筹与创新。研究认为,聚焦高校工作特点,重点从中观层面对高校推进课程思政工作进行方法论思考,提出高校应在课程思政育人渠道、工作方式、实践环节、推进机制方面,树立和践行有界与无界、显性与隐性、技术与艺术、过程与结果辩证思维。研究表明,高校高质量推进课程思政建设应着力构建完善多元协同的课程思政建设体制机制,科学构建课程思政教学体系、建立健全课程思政建设质量评价体系与激励机制,构建多层次课程思政研究体系与组织保障体系。
Abstract:
In the perspective of the “Big Ideological and Political Theory Course”, promoting the coordinated development of curriculum-based ideological and political education and traditional ideological and political theory courses has become a central task in enhancing the quality of ideological and political work in higher education institutions in the new era. As key driving forces, higher education institutions must adopt dialectical thinking and practical wisdom in developing curriculum-based ideological and political education. This involves not only thoroughly and accurately implementing the relevant directives of the Party and the state but also aligning with institutional realities to coordinate and innovate ideological and political education systems. This study focuses on the unique characteristics of operations in higher education institutions and conducts a methodological exploration on advancing curriculum-based ideological and political education in higher education institutions at the meso-level. It proposes that higher education institutions should adopt and implement dialectical thinking in curriculum-based ideological and political education work-specifically in the areas of educational channels, work methods, practical components, and promotion mechanisms-through the pairs of “bounded and unbounded,” “explicit and implicit,” “technical and artistic,” and “process and outcome.” The study concludes that to advance high-quality development, higher education institutions should focus on building a comprehensive and collaborative institutional framework for curriculum-based ideological and political education, scientifically constructing its teaching systems, establishing sound quality evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and developing multi-level research and organizational support systems in curriculum-based ideological and political education.
