摘要:
为培育和弘扬新时期交通文化,促进交通事业更好更快发展,促进社会经济快速发展,从文化理念的视角对交通文化的本质进行分析。分析认为,交通文化是以价值观为基础和核心,包括思想、道德、价值观念、愿景、目标、精神风貌、行为规范等内容的整合体,其基础和出发点是交通的本质,核心内容是交通价值观; 进而认为,交通管理的实质就是以交通管理人的价值理念规范、约束、引导交通行为人的价值理念,实现既定的交通目标。
Abstract:
In order to cultivate traffic culture and promote development of traffic facilities and soci-ety, it is necessary to study the traffic culture. In the author's opinion, the communication culture that takes the values as its core is the comprehensiveness, including thinking, morals, values, ideal, target, and so on. So the essence of the communication is the promise to study the communication culture, and communication values is the core. Accordingly, the main task of the traffic management is how to standardize, restrain, and guide the values of traffic people with the values of people who work for traffic management.
