摘要:
为了借鉴日本国有企业民营化的成功经验,探讨国有企业民营化方面的问题,运用比较分 析方法对一百多年来日本政府主动进行的两次民营化改革进行了分析,分析表明:尽管这两次民营 化的背景、措施、成效都有一定的差异,但是都促进了日本的经济现代化与市场体制的完善。分析 结果表明:日本政府的很多成功做法值得中国借鉴。
Abstract:
In order to learn the successful lessons of Japanese privatization and study the problems they met with, this paper analyzes the volunary actions of Japanese government in their two privatizations for economic modernization during the past hundred years. The analysis shows that there exist great differences in the background,measures and result of the two privatizations,but they promote the modernization process and market system perfection of the Japanese economy. These many successful measures of Japanese government deserves our attention.
