摘要:
改革开放后,我国汽车货运行业从垄断变成竞争性市场结构。实证分析了中国汽车货运行 业的市场结构与运力增长方式、效率、技术进步的关系,分析表明竞争性市场结构下营运运力增长 较快、货车生产效率较高,但资源配置无效率且不利于技术进步,市场结构演变和绩效受到外部性 的影响。建议通过运输组织技术进步、调整经济管制政策优化汽车货运市场结构,提高经济绩效。
Abstract:
The main goal of trucking industry development is to improve officiency. This paper illustrates the relationship between the market structure and performance of trucking industry in China. It is pointed out that pure competition becomes against technology advance and market concentration. Besides, there exist some factors making market failure. This paper also points out that technology development and the industrial regulation are key to optimize the market structure and to boost productivity of trucking industry.
