摘要:
法治公路具有经济成本,更具有道德成本。任何公路行政违法或行政不当行为均产生法律 与道德评价。法治公路需要道德支持。法治公路的终结目标不仅仅是规范体系的完善、经济成本的 减少,更重要的在于强化法治公路的道德责任,不断降低公路行政执法的道德成本。
Abstract:
Rule of law in the highway has its economic cost,as well as moral cost.Any illegal or improper action to governing highway will cause legal and moral evaluation. Rule of law in the highway needs moral support,and its final goal not only improves the normal system but also decreases the economic cost, especially strengnhens the moral requirement and continuous reduction to the moral cost.
