摘要:
探讨了大学生发生伤害事故后应怎样处理,学校应承担什么责任,对学校在处理这类事故 中所应适用的法律、法规、规章,应遵循的原则及其职责提出了看法。
Abstract:
How to deal with the injury accident of university student and what kind of responsibility the university should take are discussed. Some new opinions on what principles and duties the university ought to follow and take when the university applies laws and regulations to deal with injuries of university student are preseted.
