摘要:
市场法是一种国际公认的常用资产评估方法,但在我国却未得到有效应用。研究探讨了 市场法在资产评估方法体系中的地位、市场法应用的前提条件,特别是市场法应用的两个难点 问题——寻找参加物、调整差异。所得结论有利于人们在评估实务中正确认识和应用市场法。
Abstract:
Market approach is one of the assets appraisal methods accepted in the world and used frequently, but is is not used effectively in China.The status of market approach in the sy- stem of assets appraisal methods,the precondition and two specical difficulties for application of it are studied. Its conclusion contributes to appropriate cognition and application of market approach in the practice of assets appraisal.
