摘要:
引入了西部开发的开发平台概念,并对其内涵给出了定义。在此基础上介绍了开发平台 的结构和建设原则,指出开发平台建设是西部开发顺利有效进行的前提保证。
Abstract:
The concept of developing platform was drawn into the western region development in China, and its defination was given. Based on this, the structure and construction principle was put forward. It is pointed out that the developing platform construction is the presupposition of western region development in China.
