摘要:
组织结构创新是企业在发展外向型经济时所必须进行的一项创新工作。针对龙湾地区 外向型经济的实际,分析了组织结构创新对外向型经济发展的重要性与紧迫性,并提出了适合 龙湾地区实际的组织创新途径。
Abstract:
Organize structure innovation is a very important work when a enterprise develop it′s outwary-oriented economy. The organize structure innovation's importance and pressing of Longwan's outward economy is analyzed.At last some approaches for Longwan to it's organize structure innovaton are given.
