摘要:
 微信投票作为新生事物在快速发展的同时也出现了诸多问题，结合现实案例，对微信投票的产生发展过程进行分析。研究认为，微信投票具有“三赢”特质，在商家、参赛者以及投票者的三方促进下，从无到有，获得了迅速发展，但由于缺乏有效管控，在“制度之过”和“文化之错”的合力作用下，微信投票在实践中各种低质量投票、虚假投票以及网络欺诈比比皆是；建立在人情交往基础上的拉票活动，裹挟了社会公众的正常生活，让大家闻“投”变色；建立在金钱交易基础上的刷票活动，不仅破坏了社会风气，还对中国民主政治的发展构成梗阻；应该从制度层面对微信投票的乱局进行规制，健全管理体制和网络监督体系，对投票活动从发起到结束都进行全面监督；努力改变商家、参赛者和投票者的思想观念，让商家致力于把微信投票打造成高品质的营销渠道，对参赛者进行科学引导，准确理解“人生出彩”的时代意蕴，不以投票来培养孩子的虚荣心，让投票者及社会公众学会多种人情表达方式，对不合理的拉票坚决说“不”，培养社会良好的微信投票风气，让微信投票发挥推动社会和文化发展的正面作用。
Abstract:
 As a new thing, WeChat voting has exposed many problems in its rapid development. Combined with the reality of cases, this paper analyzed the development process of WeChat voting. The results show that WeChat voting has been gone through from scratch and gained rapid development, promoted by "triple win" character, namely businesses, contestants and voters. However, due to the lack of effective supervision, WeChat voting abounds a variety of problems in practice, such as low quality votes, spurious votes and network fraud, based on various "institutional deficiencies" and the "drawbacks of culture"; canvassing activity that is on the basis of interpersonal relations coerces normal life of the public, making people turn pale when voting is mentioned; brush tickets activity that is on the basis of financial transactions not only undermines the social atmosphere, but also constitutes obstruction to the development of China’s democratic politics; it should regulate WeChat voting from the chaos in the system level and perfect the management system and network monitoring system, conducting overall supervision from the initiation to the end of the voting activities; change the concept of businesses, contestants and voters with effort, making businesses commit WeChat voting to a high-quality marketing channel, which can scientifically guide the contestants to understanding the meaning of "life out of color" accurately. Do not cultivate vanity of the child with voting, but let the voters and the public learn various interpersonal relations’ expressions. Firmly say "no" to unreasonable canvassing activity to develop good atmosphere for WeChat voting, so that WeChat voting can play a positive role in promoting social and cultural development.
