摘要:: 法制教育从来都是人类法律实践的一部分，法制教育的实现依赖于法制教育方法的采用，法制教育方法正确可行，法制教育才能收到预期的效果，方法失当，法制教育的目标将会落空。从陕甘宁边区农民法制教育方法的含义、依据着手，认为陕甘宁边区在马克思主义方法论，实事求是的原则指导下，确立了激励方法、宣传教育方法、特殊教育与一般教育相结合的方法、自我教育方法和党员干部示范方法，对农民进行法制教育，边区农民法制教育的方法在方法论上为当前农民法制教育方法的科学确立提供了有益的历史启示。

Abstract:: Legal education has always been a part of human legal practice.The realization of legal education depends on the adoption of its methods. If the methods of legal education are correct and feasible, prospective outcomes of the legal education could be reached; otherwise, aims of the lecal education would not be fulfilled. From the legal meaning and gist of the farmer education methods, based on the Marxism methodology and empirical principals, the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Area establishes incentives, propaganda, combinations of general educations and special educations, self -educations and the Party members and cadres demonstration methods to educate farmers. These methods of legal education provides an useful historical inspiration for the current methods of the legal education to farmers.
