摘要:
鉴于大学精神在当下中国的失位,在理想追求、内在品质、独特气质的统一中对大学精神的基本内涵做了定位。在大学精神下分析精英文化和大众文化的互动,进而提出了大学精神表征及其3条实现路径:树立先进的大学发展理念; 加强规范高效的制度文化建设; 开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动。
Abstract:
Because of the university spirits lack in China nowadays, the paper analyzes, the fundamental connotation of university is based on the unity of the pursuit of ideals, the inner quality and unique characteristics. The paper analyzes the interaction of elite culture and mass culture based on the university spirit, and gives three paths to achieve the university spirit: to establish an advanced university developing ideas, to construct strongly standardized and highly efficient system culture, and to develop rich and colorful campus culture activities.
