摘要:
为了探讨建设工程质量竣工有效评价体系,基于对竣工备案评价意义的分析,提出了从工 程产品质量、物质基础质量和质量监督过程进行建设工程竣工备案综合评价设想,并以此为基础, 从设计质量、施工质量、材料设备物质质量、主体质量行为和现场实体质量5个方面构建了建设工 程质量竣工备案综合评价的3个层次指标体系,用二级二次模糊综合评价方法对其实施量化评价。
Abstract:
In order to analyze the comprehensive evaluation system for completed construction projects, this paper first expounds its purposes. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing construction quality,it poses comprehensive rating ideas for completed projects from construction product quality, substance quality, and supervision process quality. It finally builds comprehensive rating system for completed projects by three levels on the basis of design quality, construction quality, material and equipment quality, action quality of bodies, and site substance quality. And two-step and two-time fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for completed projects is conducted.
