摘要:
科学发展观是对世界发展潮流和发达国家一般发展规律的准确把握,西北地区要落实科学发展观,必须立足于本地区的现实,探索发展的特殊规律,以科学的认识为起点,以经济发展为基础,走一条跨越式发展的道路。
Abstract:
hescientificconceptofdevelopmentisonthebasisofexactmasteringthedevelopmenttrend oftheworldandthegeneralexpandingruleofdevelopedcountries.Inordertoimplementthescientific conceptofdevelopmentinthenorthwestward,wemustbaseontherealityofthenorthwestwardandthe explorationofspecialdevelopmentrulesofthenorthwestwardRegion.Atthesametime,weshouldtake thescientificunderstandingasthestartingpointaswellastakeeconomicdevelopmentasfoundation,and chooseaspan-typedevelopmentpath.
