摘要:
全球化是经济、文化和法律领域全方位的发展过程,法律全球化进程给法学教育提供了一 个可供借鉴的参照系,中国法学教育亟待深化改革,以满足全球化环境下的法律职业要求。
Abstract:
Globalization is the all-directional development course in economic, cultural and legal field. The process of legal globalization has offered one system for reference to law education. It is urgent for the law education in China to deepen reform in order to satisfy the legal professional requirement under changeable environment.
