摘要:
从伊斯兰法的角度看,穆斯林社会衰落的关键在于教法不适应时代。教法的不适应是思想 上的教条主义造成的,具体的讲有六个方面的原因:一是伊智提哈德(创制立法)的关闭和忽视教 育;二是固执于个别非可凭信的明文;三是墨守形式主义和枝节末叶;四是宗派成见;五是不明立法 理由:六是混淆宗教生活和世俗生活的界限。通过分析指出,穆斯林社会的复兴必须解放思想,变 法图强。
Abstract:
From the viewpoint of Sharia, the key of prosperity and decline in Muslim Society lies in Sharia fitness for a certain era. The unsuitable law was caused by the ideological dogmatism. Specifically speaking, there are six aspects of reasons:first, the door to Ijtihad has been closed and the education has been neglected. Second, the unbelievable and unconfirmed provisions are stubbornly adhered; thirdly, sticking to conventions of formalism and trifles; fourthly, prejudices of religion sect; fifthly, lacking definition on cause of legislation, and last but not least, confusing the boundary between the religion and the secular. It draws the conclution that the liberation of the mind and pursuing the strong and the prosperous through political reform must be done.
