摘要:
运用马克思历史唯物主义原理,研究了人类历史上典型的几大文明古国的土地法律及土地 制度,比较了各自的不同特点,揭示了共有的客观规律,为现有经济的发展提供了借鉴意义。
Abstract:
According to Marxist historical materialism fundaments,land law and land system of several representative ancient civilized countries are studied, and their difference characteristic are analyzed and compared in this paper. It points out their common objective laws and gives an example to the development of the economy at present.
