摘要:
从经费保障、设备手段、人员素质等方面,论述了西部大开发战略中西部地区图书馆信息资 源建设的现状,提出了加大经费投入、加快网络化与数字化建设、抢占“制高点”开发信息产品、建立 复合型人才队伍等进一步开发西部地区图书馆信息资源建设的对策。
Abstract:
The current situation of library information resourcesin the China's western region iselabo- rated from the aspects of the budget guarantee,equipments and means,and personnel quality.The au- thor puts forward that the measures for developing the library information resources in the western re- gion should be to increase budget investment,quicken netization and digitalization construction,occupy “the high point”,develop new products,and set up comprehensive talent team.
