摘要:
通过对中国当前高等院校学生住宿资源(宿舍及相关设施)严重匮乏、住宿管理模式落后等 问题的分析和研究,提出了中国高校学生住宿的发展模式:建设资金多元化(招商引资,贷款兴建, 联合兴建),管理模式物业化,学生住宿自主化。
Abstract:
The students accommodation resources of college and universities in China are in shortage critically, and its management model lags behind the development scale of students. Through study and analysis, it is put forward that the students accomodation developing pattern should be reformed. The construction funds should be collected from different roads, such as attracting investment from society, loaning from back, and so on. The management model must be changed to company type, where students house should be determined by students themself.
