摘要:
通过加入WTO后对我国房地产业需求、融资、保险、价格等方面的影响,论述了加入 WTO后,由国外开发商或外资的进入对我国房地产业产生的正面的、积极的作用。
Abstract:
According to the effects of China real estate's demand,finance,insurance, prices and other espects, after Chinese entrance of WTO,the positive and active effects that were caused by foreign capital and foreign businessman about China real estate are discussed.
