摘要:
随着经济与社会的发展，中国社会管理取得了显著的改革成效，但也存在一定的问题。从国家治理的视角进行分析，认为中国社会管理是国家在面对利益格局的复杂化、社会成员权利意识提升和各种社会组织的成长等一系列挑战下不断改革的产物。因此，中国社会管理必须进行相应的社会管理改革，中国社会管理的改革体现了国家与社会的双重赋权，这也成为中国社会管理的重要特征。
Abstract:
With the development of economy and society, significant achievements have been made in China’s social management reform, but there are also some problems. Analyzed from the perspective of national governance, it is believed that China’s social management is a product of constant reform when the nation faces a series of challenges, like complicated pattern of interests, the rising of social members consciousness of rights and the growth of various social organizations. Therefore, as for China’s social management, corresponding reform should be carried out. China’s social management reform embodies empowerments of both the nation and society, which become an important characteristic of China’s social management.
