摘要:
罗吉尔·培根的四障碍说以人性为核心，从四大方面阐析人的错误认识产生的的种种障碍。这些障碍无形地阻挡着人们通往真理殿堂的道路。在当今信息、新闻极速传播的时代，新闻媒体以及受众对现代社会的繁荣和稳定发挥重要作用，所以培育和强化当代新闻工作者与受众的公民意识具有重大意义。在提出新时期新闻工作者以及受众缺乏公民意识种种表现的基础上，提出相应的建构路径：勇于再现新闻事实；摒除传统观念中的糟粕，吸取精华，与时俱进；增强理性辨别能力；公正、客观地报导新闻事实。
Abstract:
The core of Roger Bacon’s four obstacles saying is humanity, and it expounds the various obstacles for appearance of wrong ideas from four aspects. These barriers invisibly block the road which leads people to the palace of truth. At the present age as information and news spreading quickly, news journalists and the audiences play an important role in modern society for prosperity and stability. Therefore cultivating and strengthening the contemporary journalists and the audiences citizen consciousness is of great significance. Based on the various performance of the journalists and audiences lacking citizen consciousness in the new period, it puts forward the corresponding construction path: to reproduce news facts; to eliminate the dross in traditional concept and absorb its essence, to keep pace with the times; to improve the identification ability reasonably; and to report news facts fairly and objectively.
