摘要:
从农民发展权理论出发,对订单农业发展必要性进行分析,通过不完全契约理论对订单农业中履约困境的原因进行剖析,最后通过利益与利益机制理论探寻促进订单农业发展和农民权益保护的对策建议。分析认为,应该从利益产业机制、利益分配与协调机制、利益保障机制等角度构筑订单农业发展的利益机制体系。
Abstract:
By analyzing the necessity for developing contract farming with the theory of development rights of farmers, and with the help of the incomplete contract theory of contract farming, the paper analyzes the causes of performance difficulties, and finally, finds the way to promote agricultural development and protect farmers rights with the theory of the interests and the interests of the mechanisms. The authors believe that there should be the construction of the mechanism of interests generation, the interest distribution, interest coordination and so on. Only in this way, can the contract farming be further developed.
