摘要:
从理论和实践2个方面论证了中国人民政治协商会议建立和发展的必然性。分析认为,毛泽东思想中的统一战线理论构成了中国人民政治协商会议的理论基础; 中国新民主主义革命的实践,尤其是1946年的旧政治协商会议的召开构成了中国人民政治协商会议的实践基础; 在新的历史条件下,邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观和中国特色社会主义道路探索构成了中国人民政治协商会议进一步发展的理论和实践基础。
Abstract:
The necessity for establishing and developing National Committee of Chinese People's Consultative Conference(NCCPCC)is discussed from theoretical and practice aspects. It is pointed out that the united front theory in Mao Zedong thoughts is the theory basis of NCCPCC, and the new democractist revolution in China, especialy the opening of old political consultative congress in 1949, is the practice basis of NCCPCC. At the new historical time, the DengXiaoping theory, three represents, and scientific outlook on development set up a theoretical basis for developing NCCPCC, the socialist road with the Chinese characteristics presents a practice basis for developing NCCPCC.
