摘要:
鉴于协商民主作为一种民主治理形式,能够有效化解社会冲突、促进社会共识、推动社会和谐,同时当代中国政治合法性的提升离不开协商民主持续发挥作用,从多角度分析协商民主与当代中国政治合法性关系及其提升政治合法性的路径。分析认为,协商民主有助于论证政府权力来源正当性; 有助于提升政府权力有效运作的政治合法性; 有助于通过政治社会化促进公民精神复兴,提升基于意识形态的政治合法性。
Abstract:
Political legitimacy is directly related to the rise and fall of the regime change. Enhancement of political legitimacy in contemporary China is inseparable from deliberative democracy that con-tinues playing a role. Deliberative democracy will help demonstrate the legitimacy of government power sources, help to improve the effective operation of government power and political legitimacy, contribute to political socialization through the promotion of civic spirit of the rehabilitation, and upgrading the ideology-based political legitimacy.
