摘要:
为探析中国房价上涨的真实原因,从而找出解决问题的办法,运用新古典经济学和凯恩斯经济学的方法分析中国住房市场的现状及存在问题。分析认为,住房市场失灵是导致房价暴涨的真正原因。同时认为,对于卖方涨价的牟利行为,政府必须加强管制,这不仅有利于效率、公平、稳定三者的增进,而且能最大限度地控制贫富差距。
Abstract:
As to the reasons of dramatic rising of housing prices, there are many misunderstandings. Therefore it is necessary to clarify the real reasons of the rising price to find a way to it. With neoclassic economy and Keynes economic method, it is easy to see the malfunction of the housing market cause this problem. Therefore, the government has to strengthen the regulation to control the behavior of those who make large amount of money by rising the price, which is advantageous to efficiency, justic and stability of the market and control the great difference between the rich and the poor.
