摘要:
施工企业的信用评价是公路行业信用体系的核心。现行公路施工企业信用评价多是商业 银行以防范信贷风险为目的而进行的,指标设置偏重于衡量企业财务状况。根据公路施工企业经 营管理的特点,从招标审查的角度构建公路施工企业信用评价指标体系,应用层次分析和模糊综合 评价相结合的方法,确定各指标权重及企业的信用等级。实例模拟评价结果表明,信用指标设置符 合工程实际,模糊层次分析方法对公路施工企业的信用评价是切实可行的。
Abstract:
The credit appraisal of construction enterprise is the core of highway credit appraisal system, which is conducted by commercial banks that may take the risk of loan and lay stress on the index of the measurement of its financial condition. The paper attempts to establish the credit appraisal system of the construction enterprise on the basis of the features of their management and from the perspective of the public bidding. The paper then integrates AHP method and fuzzy complehensive evaluation to determine each index weight and the enterprise credit grade. An analogically empirical study shows that the settings of the credit index accords with the actual condition and that the fuzzy AHP method is quite feasible for the credit appraisal of the highway construction enterprise.
