摘要:
对政府官员权力寻租行为的内涵进行探讨,认为权力寻租的本质是追求实现各种权力和制 度的价格。然后对权力寻租的根源从思想、机制和现实三个方面进行分析,进而提出了一些应对的 办法:通过教化,弘扬人性善的一面,从思想深处根除权力寻租;推进改革,完善制度,压缩权力寻租 空间;提高政府官员收入,增加权力寻租成本等,以寻求解决政府官员权力寻租的有效途径。
Abstract:
The article discusses the intention of government official in seeked rent with power, points out that the essence of seeking rent with power is achieving the price of power and institution, and summarizes the harmfulness of seeking rent with power. Then it analyzes the source of seeking rent with power from thought, mechanism and reality, put forward some proposals and carries forward good and kind human nature with education. The author believes that can eliminate seeking rent with power from thought, reduce the room for seeking rent with power; improve the government officials salary and raise the price of seeking rent with power so as to look for an effective way to clear away the government official in seeking rent with power.
