摘要:
土地征收关系到农民的现实利益和长远利益,但近年来随着中国城镇化进程的推进,因土 地征收而引发的民事纠纷逐年增加。究其原因,赔偿制度的不合理、法制的不健全、失地农民就业 难和农民思想的转变难是引发土地纠纷的主要原因。所以在城镇化建设中,要实现农民向市民角 色的转换,必须解决好土地征收问题,进一步完善土地法律制度并做好失地农民的就业安置,为中 国农村的长治久安和加快城镇化进程的健康发展提供良好的社会环境。
Abstract:
Land expropriation is related to farmers present and long-run benefit. However, in resent years, there are more and more disputes because of land expropriation with the construction of the towns. It is mainly because the agricultural idea is deeply rooted in farmers mind: the legal system is not very developed and for it is hard farmers their land to find a job. Therefore, during the construction of towns, who lose, it is necessary to concern some issues of land expropriation so as to wake farwer citizens. What must be done is to consummate the legal system, to help the farmers without land to be employed, and to provid a favorable environment for the safety of the countryside so that the process of township can be developed very well.
