出版自由是公民的一项基本权利,它对人类的生存和发展有着极其重要的意义。然而,学 术界对于出版自由的定义是众说纷纭,莫衷一是。在分析出版和自由的基拙上,述评了各位专家对 出版自由的定义,给出了出版自由的定义。
