摘要:
通过把合同法有关运输合同的规定与公路客运实践相结合的办法,论述公路汽车客运承运 人的合同义务和相应法律责任,对公路承运人与旅客之间的几种重要纠纷进行法理分析,为公路承 运人预防和应对此类纠纷提供对策。
Abstract:
By adoption of the rules and regulations stipulated in Contract Law and connecting them with the practice of highway passenger transportation, the thesis discusses the contractual liabilities and corresponding legal responsibilities of highway passenger carriers, and conducts legal analysis on several key disputes between highway passenger carriers and passengers so as to provide measures and solutions for the highway passenger carriers to prevent and tackle these kinds of disputes.
