摘要:
阐述了知识经济和电子出版物的含义以及知识经济与电子出版物的关系,论证了电子出版 物受著作权法保护的理论基础。在对国内外电子出版物的法律保护方式进行充分研究的基础上,提 出了知识经济条件下著作权法修改的基本准则以及著作权法律制度重新设计的基本思路。
Abstract:
The concept of knowledge economy and electronic publication and the relation of knowledge economy and electronic publication are elaborated. The theoretical basis which electronic publication should be protected by copyrighy law is proved in this paper.On the full analysis of the legal protection of electronic publication in the world,the basic norms that the copyright law should be revised in the condition of knowledge economy and the basic thinking that the representation of the legal system of copyright should be redesigned.
