摘要:
以马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说为指导,结合国外高等教育发展的趋势和国内高等教 育改革的实际,根据素质教育的内涵,从教育的目的观、教育质量现等九个方面论述了实施素质教 育应确立的思想观念。
Abstract:
By directing of the Marxist theory of comprehensive development about person,the developing trend of foreign high education and the fact of Chinese high education are analyzed. According to the meaning of quality education, which includes nine aspects such as motive standpoint, quality standpoint and so on, the thought must be had in implementing quality education is discussed.
