- 加强对经营性公路建设资金的监管,对提高有限资金的使用效益具有重要的作用。以16家 公路上市公司的股本结构为例说明了国家投入公路经营企业的交通基本建设资金是公路经营企业 资本金的主要组成部分;并在此基础上提出了加强对经营性公路建设资金监管的基本思路。
- Abstract:
- It is very useful for the strengthening of the supervision and management on operating road construction funds to raise the benefits of using the limted funds.Based on the share capital structure of the 16 road listed companies,itis pointed out that the share capital of road companies mainly invested by the government. The basic thought of strengthening the supervision and management on funds invested to the capital construction of operating roads is presented.
