摘要:
在调查研究我国房地产金融市场现状的基础上,对其中存在的不合理现象进行了剖析,提 出了建立以执业律师为主体的第三方金融市场制约机制,实现抵押贷款证券化,发展政策性抵押贷 款保险机构,规范房地产贷款合同,合理补偿金融机构管理费,以经济利益为纽带,建立房地产金融 市场服务网络的建议。
Abstract:
Based on researching real estate financial market actually in China, the unreasoned phenomena are analyzed. The following aspects are proposed, such as establishing restrict mechanism in real estate financial market with the occupation attorney, realizing mortgage- backed security exchange, developing nonprofit insurance organization, slandardizing loan contract of real estate, compensating management fee of credit bank with reason, building up financial serve net for the real estate market.
