摘要:
“双缺口”经济模型主要解决发展中国家在国内资源短缺的情况下利用国外资源的问题。在 对外开放初期,“双缺口”经济模型成为中国利用外资的理论依据。1992年以后,中国引进外资从数 量型向集约型转变,引进和利用外资进入了一个新的阶段。虽然现阶段“双缺口”经济模型已不再是 引资的理论基础,但它对开放初期中国利用外资的指导作用不能低估。
Abstract:
The“ double-shortage” economic model solved some questions in the use of foreign resources of developing countries which are in shortage of resources.This model is a theory base for China 's using foreign capital at the beginning of China 's open to foreign.After 1992, it was transfered from quantity type to qulity type,and the use of foreign capital in China went a new stage. Alough the“ double-shortage” economic model is not a theory base of attractting capital again in the recent years for China,but it greatly effects Chinese attracting capital at beginning of China 's reform-open,cannot be estimated lowly.
