摘要:
从分析我国农业剩余劳动力形成的原因入手,讨论了我国农业剩余劳动力转移的出路, 认为考察农业剩余劳动力转移的途径应把发展乡镇企业实现农村工业化,发展农业产业化经 营,重视农村内部消化和大力发展小城镇相结合,其中大力发展小城镇是解决我国农业剩余劳 动力转移问题的核心。结合我国劳动力转移的实践,提出了若干具体的农业剩余劳动力转移的 政策建议。
Abstract:
How to properly transfer the surplus agrarian laborers remians an outstanding and thorny issue to be faced up in a long run in China.The causation of the surplus of agrarian laborers in our country are analyzed,and some material policy suggestions are proposed, in order to discuss the channels to transfer the surplus agrarian laborers.So the combination of the evolution of enterprise town, management of agrarian industrialization and the development of township should be the approach of shift.The author argues that at present the major outlet is to devote major efforts to develop towns.
