摘要:: 从不同方面重点论述了自然科学基金对高等院校学科建设的推动作用。剖析了一般普通工科院校争取自然科学基金的差距和困难,提出了努力的方向。

Abstract:: The important effects to develop the disciplinary university with the Natural Science Funds are explicated. The gap and difficulty of an institute to applying for the Natural Science Funds is proved. Finally, some methods to applying for the Natural Science Funds are offered.
