摘要:
为探索城市化和城市文化互动提升路径，在厘定城市化与城市文化互动关系的基础上，以伦敦、东京为例分析了国际化大都市城市化战略与城市化互动发展模式。研究认为，城市文化是历史和现实的产物，是历史传统和时代精神有机结合的生动体现；在新媒体时代，城市文化逐步成为推动城市发展的第一力量，应通过规划规定、政策跟进、项目推动来促进城市化发展。
Abstract:
To explore the improving path of the interaction between urbanization and urban culture, this paper studied the interaction between urbanization and urban culture and analyzed the development patterns of the interaction between urbanized strategies and urbanized interaction of international metropolises by taking London and Tokyo as examples. The research results show that urban culture is the product of history and reality and the vivid reflection of the organic combination of the historical tradition and the spirit of the times. In the new media era, urban culture has gradually become the first force to promote the development of the city. Urbanization should be promoted though programming, policyfollowup, and projectdriven. 
