摘要:
为探讨长安是中国的文化标识这一命题,对建都长安的西周、秦、西汉、隋与唐时期的政治文明、物质文明和精神文明进行综合研究；通过对蓝田猿人、半坡遗址、西周青铜器、秦始皇兵马俑和汉唐长安城等大量考古遗存与史料进行分析,研究认为,中华之礼得周公而制,中国之政得秦皇而行,中国之境得汉武而定,中国之盛得唐宗而成,不断进行的制度创新,有力地推动了中国社会的进步。分析认为,长安地区是炎黄故里、儒释道圣地,是汉语、汉字起源之处,汉赋、唐诗繁盛之地,创立和繁荣了中华民族五千年的灿烂文明。分析结果表明：长安是丝绸之路新起点、光复伟业最高地,新时代、新长安必将在国际化大都市建设中,成为中国乃至世界的文化中心。
Abstract:
To explore Chang’an’s cultural identification of China,a comprehensive study of the political civilization,material civilization and spiritual civilization in the Western Zhou,Qin,Western Han,Sui and Tang Dynasties in the capital of Chang’an was carried out.Through the analysis of archaeological remains and historical records of Lantian ape man,Banpo ruins,bronze wares of Western Zhou Dynasty,Qin emperor Terracotta Army and Chang’an city of Han and Tang Dynasties,the study shows that the Chinese ceremony is made by Zhou Gong,China’s policy is carried out by Emperor Qin,China’s territory is determined by Martial Emperor,and China’s prosperity is created by Emperor Taizong of Tang.The continuous institutional innovation has effectively promoted the progress of Chinese society.The Chang’an area is the hometown of Yan Huang,the holy land of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,the origin of Chinese and Chinese characters and the prosperous place of Han Fu and Tang poetry,which has created and prospered the splendid civilization of the Chinese nation for 5 000 years.The analysis suggests that Chang’an is the new starting point of the Silk Road and the highest level of the great revival.In the new era,the new Chang’an will surely become the cultural center of China and even the world in the construction of an international metropolis. 
