摘要:: 强调“禅而不传”的“禅让制”，在历史上本来就是一个众说纷纭的重大话题。随着２０世纪９０年代上博简、郭店简陆续面世以来，遂又重新掀起了对这一话题的讨论。在对禅让传说与禅让学说进行疏解的基础上，通过对相关考古成果与研究成果的考察，认为“禅让制”在历史上存在的时间当为新石器时代初中期的可能性比较大一些，而理想化与存在性的交织则是“禅让制”在历史长河中存在的真实状态。

Abstract:: As a controversial important topic in the history, “the abdication system” which emphasizes “demise instead of hereditary system” arouses heated discussion again due to the discovery of the bamboo slips in Shanghai Museum and the bamboo slips unearthed at Guodian. On the basis of the investigation of the abdication legend and the abdication speculation, and the exploration of the relevant archaeological achievements and research findings, the paper suggests that “the abdication system” is more likely to exist during the early and middle Neolithic Age, while the interweave of the idealization and the existence is the existing state of “the abdication system” in the history.
