摘要:
高校科研团队是国家创新体系中的一支重要力量。而团队的科研成果大幅度增加,必然需要充分的信息分享以及知识更新。良好的信息共享需要一个完善的运行机制,促进团队更加主动地共享自身信息,提高信息利用率,避免信息搜索与交易中的不必要浪费。在分析信息共享机制理论的基础上,针对高校科研工作,提出了6种信息共享机制的方案,促进高校科研组织内信息共享行为,有助于高校科研创新工作的开展。
Abstract:
The university scientific research team is an important force in the national innovation system. A substantial increase of a team's scientific research inevitably needs adequate information sharing and knowledge updating. Good information sharing requires a perfect operational mechanism to promote the active information sharing in a team, effectively improve information utilization, and avoid unnecessary waste in information search and transaction. On the basis of analysis of the theory of information sharing mechanism, this paper proposes six programs of information sharing mechanism to promote information sharing behavior in university scientific research teams, so as so contribute to the development of the scientific research innovation.
