摘要:
学术期刊作为传播文化、思想的主要渠道,所背负的社会责任是不容忽视的。从学术期刊的社会责任出发,分析了当下学术期刊社会责任失衡的表现及原因,探讨了规范学术期刊社会责任的举措:购买性支出和转移性支出。分析认为:所得结论为学术期刊的健康发展、正确回归文化、思想传播所背负的社会责任提供了一定的参考。
Abstract:
Academic journals, as the main channel for the spread of culture and ideology, have their social responsibility, which can never be ignored. Starting from the social responsibility of academic journal, this paper analyzes the situation and causes of the current imbalance of the social responsibility of academic journals, proposes the measures to improve their social responsibility, so as to provide reference for guaranteeing the healthy development of academic journals and the right return to the social responsibility of culture and ideology communication.
