摘要:
为澄清西方政治义务理论源头上的若干问题,运用文献分析法,对《克里同篇》中关于公民服从的道德理据进行梳理,并对当代西方哲学家的各种解释进行比对。分析认为,尽管在说服的义务、服从的理由以及不服从的正当性等问题上,《克里同篇》的主张不一定能获得广泛认同,但是没有人会否认,苏格拉底的论述对政治义务理论的发展确实产生了深远的影响。
Abstract:
In order to clarify the key problems in the source of western political obligation theory, a literature analysis is used to go over the moral justifications in Crito on citizens' obedience, and some comparisons are made among the interpretations of Crito provided by contemporary western philosophers. The analysis shows that different people may have different ideas on the obligation of persuasion, the justifications of obedience and the legitimacy of disobedience in Crito, but no one denies the fact that the arguments Socrates presented have a far-reaching impact on the development of political obligation theory.
