摘要:
为当前打击海盗提供借鉴和参考,就罗马帝国时期海盗问题进行研究。分析认为,海盗的存在有其历史原因和现实原因; 当时海盗已影响到罗马帝国的社会稳定和政治安全; 罗马帝国采取组建帝国舰队、特设专职官吏等措施打击海盗; 蛮族海盗的入侵加速了晚期罗马帝国的灭亡。
Abstract:
In order to provide some references to fight against pirates, the paper studies the problems of pirates in the Roman Empire. The analysis shows that there exist historical reasons and present reasons of these pirates. During the period of Roman Empire, the existence of pirates actually affected the social stability and political security. Therefore, the Roman Empire had to set up imperial fleet, and assign special officer to fight agaist the pirates. Howerer, the invision of the barbarian pirates still sped up the end of the late Roman Empire.
